By the power vested in me as Sovereign President of the Thripp Republic, I, Richard X. Thripp, on this day of A.D. 2011 April 8, hereby declare, ordain, coronate, crown, and establish ALICE HINDMARCH of Orange City, Florida to be Queen of the Thripp Republic, including the right and privilege to bear the title of QUEEN OF THE THRIPP REPUBLIC, QUEEN OF THE REPUBLIC, QUEEN ALICE OF THE THRIPP REPUBLIC, QUEEN ALICE I OF THE THRIPP REPUBLIC, QUEEN ALICE, QUEEN HINDMARCH, and all ceremonial and legislative privileges therein. As Sovereign President of the Thripp Bank, I hereby allocate 25,056 Thripp Dollars to be paid as a stipend of 58 Thripp Dollars per month to Queen Alice for a period of 36 years, beginning in A.D. 2011 May and ending in A.D. 2047 April.

I, Richard X. Thripp, Sovereign President of the Thripp Republic, seeing that it is in the best interest of humanity at all levels to increase our numbers and sanctify and protect all forms of human life from strong to weak, young to old, and able-bodied to infirmed, hereby criminalize all human or human fetal abortions in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters by any and all citizens of the Thripp Republic, which shall be defined as any abortions occurring on or after the 84th day of pregnancy after implantation of the human zygote into the lining of the mother’s uterus, and shall not apply retro-actively to new citizens of the Thripp Republic for past crimes.

Moreover, both mother and abortion practitioner in said cases shall be guilty of a first-degree felony of murder in the first degree, including, but not limited to, in cases of rape, incest, Down syndrome or other chromosomal defect, birth defect, genetic anomaly, physical deformity, financial difficulty, contraceptive failure, inability to support or care for the child, unwed mother, mental problems of either the mother or child, coercion, nor endangerment of the life of the mother.

Furthermore, any abortion practitioner having found to be a citizen of the Thripp Republic and having performed more than three (3) abortions in the 2nd or 3rd trimester while being a citizen of the Thripp Republic shall be guilty of crimes against humanity, barred from practicing medicine for life, and classified as an enemy combatant, but shall not be guilty of war crimes nor classified as a prisoner of war.

Punishment in all cases shall be extradition to the United States of America, the Netherlands, or the People’s Republic of China.

Any civil servant of the Thripp Republic found to be advocating abortion shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

The Sovereign President of the Thripp Republic shall reserve the right to issue pardons to mothers who have committed abortion, but only to mothers who solemnly swear to be born-again Christians in any denomination except Catholicism, because of its exceedingly corrupt nature.

I, Richard X. Thripp, hereby change my title from PRESIDENT OF THE THRIPP REPUBLIC to SOVEREIGN PRESIDENT OF THE THRIPP REPUBLIC and change my title of PRESIDENT OF THE THRIPP BANK to SOVEREIGN PRESIDENT OF THE THRIPP BANK, effective permanently, immediately, and retroactively.

I hereby modify section 3.5 of the CONSTITUTION OF THE THRIPP REPUBLIC, authorizing the THRIPP BANK to print THRIPP DOLLARS in the denomination of $58, in addition to the previously authorized denominations of $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $200, $500, $1000, $2000, and $5000, effective immediately.

I hereby revoke, repeal, and condemn Executive Order 52: Dollar Standard, including all Constitutional changes therein, effective retroactively and immediately. I hereby resolve that the Thripp Republic shall never again be bound by the fiat United States dollar, I hereby step down as Chief Justice of the Thripp Republic leaving the position vacant, I hereby re-affirm my position as President of the Thripp Bank, and I hereby uphold that the Thripp Republic shall have no legal obligation to convert Thripp Dollars into silver bullion.

By the power vested in me as Sovereign President of the Thripp Republic, I, Richard X. Thripp, on this day of A.D. 2011 March 24, hereby declare, ordain, and establish FARHANA SHAIKH and MICHAELA KRAEMER of New Smyrna Beach, Florida to be Princesses of the Thripp Republic, foreach including the privilege to bear the title of PRINCESS OF THE THRIPP REPUBLIC, DUCHESS OF THE THRIPP REPUBLIC, COUNTESS OF THE THRIPP REPUBLIC, PRINCESS OF THE REPUBLIC, and PRINCESS OF FLORIDA, and all ceremonial privileges therein. As President of the Thripp Bank, I hereby allocate 125,280 Thripp Dollars to be paid as a stipend of 58 Thripp Dollars per month to each princess for a period of 90 years, beginning in A.D. 2011 April and ending in A.D. 2101 March.
